Courtroom Proven
We take cases to trial when needed. We have secured verdicts when others refused to take responsibility. That courtroom experience shapes how we prepare every case from day one, and why our cases are taken seriously early on.

Built to Win Cases
People come to us because they want their case taken seriously. We prepare every case with one goal: put our clients in a position to get justice and real results, not low offers or easy excuses.
That preparation forces decisions. It increases the chances of meaningful outcomes and reduces the risk of being pushed into a settlement that doesn’t reflect the harm done.

Our Story
Stolzman and Kim first met while working at one of the largest personal injury law firms in New York City. Over the years, they each went on to work at other well-known firms throughout New York, gaining extensive courtroom and litigation experience along the way. Through years of trying cases, negotiating settlements, and handling a wide range of complex injury claims, they developed a deep understanding of what truly drives results in personal injury litigation.
After working on countless cases and securing numerous verdicts and settlements, they recognized an opportunity to combine their experience and build a firm that reflects the lessons they learned along the way. They have seen firsthand what works and what does not when it comes to litigating cases, negotiating with insurance companies, and maximizing the value of claims.
Their backgrounds bring together the best of both worlds: the high-volume experience of major New York firms and the strategic, detail-oriented approach required to deliver high-quality representation. They have learned how to uncover the true value of cases others overlook and how to fight for results that reflect the real impact an injury has on a person’s life.
That philosophy is at the core of their firm and the message behind it: Ask for Justice.

Ask for Justice
